Ciondo draws from cherished childhood memories in the East Texas forests and a deep passion for art, nature, and home. He began carving in his mid-20s, collecting unique pieces of wood during travels that have taken him from Nigeria and Jamaica to Kenya, Thailand, and the battlefields of Iraq.
