Michele Petrucci – Eclectic Creatures
Michele turns found hardware and odds-and-ends into one-of-a-kind fantasy creatures. Door pulls, fan hubs, plumbing parts, jewelry, hinges, and whatever else she can salvage become the eyes, wings, and personalities of her upcycled assemblages—anywhere from dozens to hundreds of pieces in a single work.
Houston folks may remember her from the Market at Sawyer Yards a few years ago and as a regular in her studio at The Silos.
