My medium is a varied mix of tiny shells, scraps of paper, slivers of glass, thick gel mediums, crusted gouache additives, creamy acrylic and globs of oil paints, traces of watercolor and melted wax crayons combined with hardened enamels and carefully chosen 14kt gold flake.
Every piece is original and every creation is an unpredictable surprise! I create with a clear heart, no expectations. The materials combined together create a resist-like reaction and the results are different every time…..each piece is genuinely unique and original!
I’m passionate about living the artful life. I have a great appreciation for nature and animals,20% of all sales goes to S.N.A.P. (Spay and Neuter Assistance Program) for animals. I am also an active advocate for the “Adopt Don’t Shop!” movement which means finding forever homes for our homeless furry friends.

My work is painted and designed with many shapes and colors to express biblical stories and natural life in an abstract cubist style. My inspiration is not of this world. http://www.artistandy.com 713.291.7533
Acrylic landscapes and abstract paintings. I get my inspiration from nature and process it through all my feelings and emotions. The result is shown in my art work as a way to express myself. If any of my art will make anybody happy for a moment, my mission is accomplished.

A photographer and mixed media artist, Vena Ashley calls her unusual technique photographic mixed media. Her images have a rustic quality and though are recent, many have a timeless quality.
After graduating from Sam Houston State in 2006 with a bachelor of fine arts degree in advertising graphic design and photography, Ashley worked as a graphic designer until October 2013. She then decided to finally take the first step at being a working artist and has been showing and producing art ever since.
Ashley has had a camera in hand ever since she first knew what a camera was. By using art and photography as a means to document the world around her, she allows her viewers to see things how she sees them — things that sometimes are overlooked. This exploration of the overlooked helps Ashley engage more deeply in her own life. She views her art as self-expression and says that everyone takes and feels something different when they look at a piece of her art.
Her most popular works are a series taken in France and Luxembourg of city streets, cafes and the countryside. The 7-step process of transferring her images to wood and metal, take the viewer to another time and place.
Acrylic, House Paint, Mixed Media, Collage, etc. on Wood, Canvas, Metal, Board, Found Pieces, etc., and Found Object Sculpture. Basically, whatever I can lay my hand to. I can do a lot with a little. 346-377-8664 @deantsnider
I generally work in projects. Some of the projects draw from pop or subpop culture, but most of the other bodies of work are visual allegories. My paintings contain figures, actions, imagery, and/or events that convey an underlying meaning or emotion. I enjoy embracing humor where it surfaces and am unafraid of vibrant colors. Facebook Page
